Rev. Robert "Bob" Ruedebusch was ordained a deacon in 1980, and full elder in the Dakotas Conference in 1983. His appointments include Huron Riverview / Virgil in 1982, Canton in 1989, Rapid City Canyon Lake in 1992, and as Prairie Hills (Southwest) District superintendent in 2009. In 2012 he was appointed to Sioux Falls First, and on July 1, 2020, became superintendent of the Southwest District.

Bob received his Bachelor of Ministry Education  from Dakota Wesleyan University in Mitchell, SD, and his Master of Divinity from Iliff Seminary in Denver, CO.

Bob is married to Paula, and they have three adult children: Katie, Megan, and John.
