The opening worship of the 2020 Dakotas Annual Conference was led by Rev. Lou Whitmer, and featured Bishop Bruce R. Ough's Episcopal address, "A Light Rising in the Darkness." This service also includes a prelude, hymns of praise from the Sunnycrest UMC praise band, scripture reading from Char Ough, and the Miracle Offering invitation.
