Ough took a moment with the Dakotas-Minnesota Area communicators to reflect on his time with the Dakotas and Minnesota Conferences, how the latest legislation from General Conference may affect the Dakotas and Minnesota Conference churches, and the denomination overall. He also reflects on the people and his time spent as resident bishop for our area, as well as his hopes and dreams for the future of our church.
