Bishop Lanette Plambeck has been reassigned to the Dakotas-Minnesota Area for the 2025-2028 quadrennium—an outcome that she met with joy and gratitude. She shares this greeting with United Methodists throughout Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Hello friends, I am Lanette Plambeck. I am delighted to have learned and celebrate that I will be returning to the Dakotas-Minnesota Episcopal Area.
It is in this place that we will grow in love of God and neighbor. We will reach new people. We will heal a broken world.
Our God has great plans for us as we lean in and love one another to the glory of Christ.
I am so excited Minnesota and Dakotas. It is good to stay here at home with you.
