We are going to transition the way we report our vital signs beginning on July 7, 2019. We will be using the vital signs dashboard that is administered by Discipleship Ministries of The United Methodist Church. Our hope is that this will allow for a more seamless integration with your year-end statistical reports and streamline your efforts.

Each church has been registered with the pastor’s email as the contact. Beginning July 8, 2019, you will receive weekly email reminders from Discipleship Ministries, after 12 a.m. each Monday, to remind you to log in and report your vital signs. Make sure that you check your junk or spam email if you do not see the reminder showing up. Also, if you are not the person who is reporting the information, you may redirect the message, or register the person you wish to get the reminder email. You will be asked to report weekly: worship attendance, professions of faith, the number of people involved in small groups, the number of persons involved in mission outreach, the offering amount, the amount given to missions and ministry support, and stories of where you see God’s presence in your church and community.
