Confirmation Camp East - November 6-8, 2015 - Lake Poinsett Retreat Center

Confirmation Camp West - November 6-7-8, 2015 - Storm Mountain Center

Join us at Storm Mountain for Confirmation Camp.   We will gather starting at 7:00 PM on Friday night and will conclude with the confirmation portion of the program at 3:30 PM on Saturday.  During this time there will be six teaching sessions plus small group time to discuss the sessions as well as time to work on a stole and to begin to work on their creeds or statements of faith.  The six teaching sessions will include the sacraments of baptism and communion plus the four components of the Wesleyan Quadrilateral: scripture, reason, tradition, and experience.  The cost of this portion of the experience is $65 and that includes your lodging, breakfast and lunch, plus all materials for the activities.

If your group would like to join us overnight on Saturday, November 7, we would love to have you.  For the afternoon and evening we will have games, some option time, dinner, and will watch a faith-based movie with some discussion time afterwards.  We will round out the night with s'mores around a campfire.  After breakfast in the morning we will go to First Church in Rapid City for the 9:30 Contemporary service.  The additional cost for all this is just $35!!
