Many people suffered loss and distruction in Texas, Florida, Puerto Rico, from  damaging hurricanes and flooding last fall.  

United Methodists across North and South Dakota gave more than $150,000 through special collections and Bishop Ough's Thanksgiving appeal.  

Donations were directed to to United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) recovery efforts. 

Churches with gifts of $4,000-10,000 include: Aberdeen First, Bismarck Legacy, Jamestown First, Jamestown St. Paul and Rapid City First.
