Jim and Kathie Konsor, lay missionaries in Watford City, North Dakota headed to the Bakken oil region last summer.  They operate a Free Mobile Thrift Store.  The 29-foot trailer is stocked with much needed household and clothing items.

This past year they distributed over 2800 items valued at over $24,000.  Bishop Bruce R. Ough has called for a Miracle Offering  at the 2014 Annual Conference session in Rapid City, South Dakota, that will help to restock the Mobile Thrift Store.

Wednesday and Thursday participants of the Annual Conference session began arriving in Rapid City.  Donations were dropped off as participants registered for the conference.  Over 50 volunteers began sorting items by size and use.

The goal is to get 5,000 items for the Mobile Thrist Store.  The offerring will be recieved on Friday, June 6 at opening worship.
