Lois Lorraine Ough, 90, of Woodbury, Minnesota, formerly of Williston, North Dakota, passed away June 5, 2020. Lois is the mother of Bishop Bruce R. Ough, resident bishop of the Dakotas-Minnesota Episcopal Area.
Bishop Ough has been resident bishop of the Dakotas-Minnesota Episcopal Area since 2012; prior to that, he spent 12 years as resident bishop in West Ohio. Lois was an active member of Faith United Methodist Church in Williston.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, June 12 at Faith United Methodist Church in Williston, North Dakota. Due to COVID-19, everyone is encouraged to practice social distancing. The service will be broadcast on Facebook. A visitation will be held at the Fulkerson Stevenson Funeral Home Chapel in Williston from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on June 11 and from 8-9 a.m. on June 12.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be designated for the Gregory Ough Endowed Scholarship Fund at the Dakotas United Methodist Foundation in Mitchell, South Dakota, or the Gregory Ough Memorial Scholarship at the Williston Coyote Foundation in Williston, North Dakota.
