JAMESTOWN, NORTH DAKOTA -- Rev. Lee Gale, Northern Valley Parish was elected Chair of the North Dakota  Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) at a recent meeting in Jamestown, North Dakota. 

Disaster has struck all too frequently in North Dakota and throughout the United States.  Rev. Lee Gale, Dakotas Conference Disaster Response Coordinator for North Dakota has provided leadership and coordination for the United Methodists work in disaster relief.

Lynn Parks of the Latter Day Saints was elected vice-chair, Shirley Dykshoorn of Lutheran Disaster Response was elected Secretary and Sara Van De Velde was elected Member at Large.
