Reverend Norman Winkelman, 88, of Jamestown, North Dakota, died Friday, November 6, at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown. He was a retired elder of the Dakotas Conference. 

Rev. Winkelman served the Dakotas Conference at: Bowbells/Coteau; Fargo Edgewood; Bismarck Calvary;  Wahpeton/Great Bend;  Jamestown Saint Paul; and Enderlin-Sheldon. During his ministry, he served 20 years on the Dakota Conference Board of Pensions and was a trustee for many years. 

No prayer service or Celebration of Life Service are planned at this time. At a later date, when family and friends can safely gather, a graveside service will be held.
