Milbank Central United Methodist Church, (northeastern South Dakota), a healthy and vibrant congregation of 250-300 people weekly in worship, is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor. The ideal candidate will possess at least a 4-year (bachelors) degree with additional seminary or other theological training. This person must embody and model Wesleyan theological convictions and have a heart and passion for mentoring others in the discipleship process. This person must enjoy working as part of a team (among paid staff) as well as have demonstrated skills on supervising and encouraging a team of volunteers.
