Registration Instructions for Youth Leaders

Join us for a week of service, leadership, learning and awesomeness, July 7-14, 2019! Take a dive with us into an Urban Plunge mission and service experience in Kansas City. Spread the Word of God, and the love of Jesus by serving Kansas City for the first three days of the trip, July 8-10, 2019. YOUTH 2019—Love Well is for all United Methodist Youth, grades 6-12, and their leaders, happening the second part of the week, July 10-14 at the Kansas City Convention Center.

Required Forms:

Each attendee must complete all required forms, and waivers, and present them at event check-in.  Youth leaders are responsible for submitting all forms for their group.  Failure to turn in required forms at check-in will result in the attendee not being allowed to board the bus.  If you are registering without a youth leader, please fax your completed forms to 701-845-0347 by May 30, 2019. All forms may be downloaded below:

2019 Love Well – Urban Plunge Event Cove

The cost is $800 per person       Grades: 6-12 and adult leaders
This fee includes: registration for YOUTH 2019 and Urban Plunge mission experience, the bus trip from the Dakotas Conference to Kansas City, hotel room, meals while in Kansas City, and an event T-shirt.  Find promotional videos and other materials here.

CCYM asks that registrations be organized and submitted by youth leaders.  Leaders, don’t forget to register yourself!  All adults attending this event must complete a background check.

Have each attendee complete their form.

Gather all forms for your group and submit them to the Camping office in one of THREE ways:

1. Scan and email to info@dakcamps.org.

2. Fax to 612-870-1260.

3. Mail forms to:  Dakotas-Minnesota Area Central Camping Office, 122 W Franklin Ave., Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN 55404. 

Please DO NOT mail forms or payments to the Dakotas Conference Office.  This will delay your registration.  

PLEASE CONFIRM WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REGISTRATION!

Payment Information:

A deposit of $150 is due at registration.
A second payment of $300 is due May 1, 2019.
A final payment of $350 is due by May 30, 2019.

Payment Options:

There are TWO OPTIONS for making payments:

1. Mail check payment to: Dakotas-Minnesota Area Central Camping Office, 122 W Franklin Ave., Suite 400, Minneapolis, MN  55404. 
   Please make check payable to: Dakotas UM Camps.
2. Process a credit card over the phone by calling our office at 855-622-1973.
