Annual Statistics
Annual Statistics Tables
Tables for year-end 2024 are now open. All churches must submit their data by February 28, 2025.
Logging In
Logins for local churches have been reset by GCFA. All users must create a new login regardless of if they created one last year. To access the ACStats System, go directly to stats.gcfa.org and enter the credentials that were recently provided to your pastor and church email addresses. Letters were also sent to your church mailing addresses.
After logging into your church, you will need to create your own individual login which you can use to enter directly in the future. Please have everyone accessing ACStats for your church create their own personal login. This helps us know who to contact if you have issues and ensures you know who has access to enter church data into the system. Please note, those entering stats for more than one church will need to create a separate login for each church, however, the same email can be used.
Resources
We have developed these resources in hopes of making this task of reporting easier.
- Frequently Asked Questions and Examples, updated for this year, covers general information about the process as well as more detailed discussion of various lines, including examples. We highly recommend checking this first as it will likely answer your question.
- The 2025 Attendance Template can be used to record worship and Sunday school attendance data for 2025 and will automatically calculate your average attendances that are needed for reporting in Table 1 next year.
Reason for Tables
Every year, all churches across our denomination must complete and submit to their respective annual conferences a series of reporting tables that cover church membership and participation, assets and expenses, and income. These tables are due February 28th every year. So, why should you take the time to submit Tables to the conference each year?
First, the Book of Discipline requires that Tables be completed and submitted each year, and the pastor of each church is responsible to make sure they get done and submitted on time. The worldwide United Methodist Church uses this information to track trends across the denomination, to determine apportionments for each conference, and for other purposes.
Second, the conference uses this information to track trends across the conference, to look at the health of churches, and to calculate the local church apportionments.
Finally, individual churches can use their Table histories to track changes in the church.
