SPRC Training-Online

If you have new members in your Staff-Parish Relations Committee (SPRC), or have recently received a new pastor, or haven't been through a training in a while, please use this chance to join Diane Owen, Area Director of Clergy Well-being, Dan Bader, District Superintendent, and Rev. Susan Nienaber, Director of Congregational Vitality for the Minnesota Annual Conference, for an online (Zoom) training.  They will cover how to support your pastor's well-being, the role and responsibilities of the SPRC and the SPRC chair, nominating members of SPRC, staffing structures, providing feedback, dealing with conflict and concerns, and the SPRC role in the appointment process.

The SPRC on-line training will be February 22 at 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.  CT/ 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. MT.
