On Thursday, June 9, 2022, during the first day of Annual Conference, several workshops were offered to conference participants. One of those was presented by leadership consultant Melissa Hiatt. The introduction to her workshop was this: Having tough conversations or leading difficult meetings takes a lot of courage and can zap our emotional energy.  In this session, participants will learn to clarify for courage by asking five specific questions.  These questions help you and/or the teams you are leading to focus on the goal of the conversation, surface fears and check egos at the door.
