As we venture to various public places during the COVID-19 pandemic masks are prevalent and we do not see people's facial expression. This leads us to look at people's eyes. This week Bishop Laurie Haller, writing in her weekly blog, "Leading from the Heart," shares thoughts about how we can not only look for eyes that shine with hope and passion, but lead in a way that brings the dreams, possibilities and passion of others to shine. "As we continue to lead and learn during this time of COVID-19, the possibilities for experimenting, adapting, and imagination are endless! All I know is that everywhere I go, I see shining eyes," writes Haller.
