May 13, 2013 is the deadline for submitting resolutions and petitions to be considered at the 20th Session of the Dakotas Annual Conference, June 6-8, 2013.

Any member, church or church group may submit a petition to the Annual Conference in the form of a resolution. The subject must be of relevance to the Annual Conference, but there are no specifications for a petitions’ format or length.
The Dakotas Conference Committee on Resolutions and Petitions will review all petitions / resolutions received by the deadline to prepare them for presentation during Annual Conference.
