Prayer for Wednesday, September 1, 2021    by Rev. Barry Whipkey

Lord during this time of trials and anxious moments you often ask us to wait upon you.
As we await General Conference we turn our hearts to you and seek your wisdom, guidance, and patience as together we strive to be your church.
During this time of waiting prepare us, use us to be vital in reaching others in the name of Jesus Christ.
Settle our anxious hearts and bring joy that together we may be one through Jesus Christ.
Help us to lead with love in our actions, words and deeds, that others may see Jesus through our lives.
Amen.
