Frances Blessing Wagner, 101, passed away November 6, 2018 in Sioux Falls, S.D. at Touchmark home. Frances is the spouse of Dakotas Conference elder, Robert (Bob) Wagner, deceased.

Together Frances and Bob served the Dakotas Conference churches of: Plankinton, Spearfish, Madison, Mitchell, Rapid City First, Sioux Falls First, and Huron First.  They were both graduates of Dakota Wesleyan University where Bob later served as Vice President . They also served The United Methodist Church in London, England.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 9, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Sioux Falls, S.D.
