Sympathy is extended to the family and friends of Rev. Roy Braxton Caudill. Rev. Caudill passed away at age 76 on November 1, 2023, in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, following a year-long cancer journey and other health-related issues. He was a retired elder of the Dakotas Conference.

Roy served the Dakotas Conference at White Lake / Underwood; Canistota United; Grand Forks Zion; Sioux Falls Sunnycrest; Southeast District Superintendent; Huron Riverview / Virgil; Brandon Celebration; and Sioux Falls Hilltop.

A memorial service will take place 10 a.m., Saturday, November 18, 2023, at First United Methodist Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Visitation will be held at 4-6:30 p.m., Friday, September 17, 2023, with a time of sharing at 6:30 p.m., at Hilltop United Methodist Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
