Sympathy | Verna Eberhart
Verna Eberhart, 98 of Grafton, W.I., formerly of Watertown, S.D., passed away February 1, 2025 in Grafton. Verna is the spouse of the late Rev. Gideon Eberhart, deceased elder from the Dakotas Conference of the United Methodist Church.
Gideon and Verna served the Evangelical United Brethren (EUB) charges of Reeder-Ellingson-Buffalo, Hebron-Heart River-Friedens, Wishek-Ebenezer, Streeter, Great Bend, Ellendale-Forbes, Ellendale-Fullerton, Cavalier, and Aberdeen, and the United Methodist charges of Aberdeen Faith, Leola-Frederick, and Napolean-Braddock. Their final appointment before Gideon's retirement was to Jenkins Methodist Home.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
