Thank you for taking the time to partner as a staff/pastor-parish relations committee and pastor to reflect on ministry in your setting in the past year and look ahead to how you might continue to grow individually and collectively as leaders of your congregation(s). We understand that this is a unique time to be assessing ministry. Yet it is also an opportune to time to turn our hearts toward discerning how God has and is working to prune, refine, challenge and strengthen your ministry and leadership gifts. Knowing that some of the assessment will be influenced by ministry during this pandemic as well as reflection on the joys and challenges in your context before Covid, we have added comment lines as well as a couple of additional questions for reflection and response.
