In general, please note that the list of materials will need to be reviewed and/or completed by you prior to your arrival to licensing school.

TUITION :
For those serving in the Dakotas Conference: $400
---> $150 of your own participation - please write the check for that amount
---> $250 through the scholarship application (please apply at the end of this form)

For those serving in another Conference: $850
